I just thought I’d take time to let you know that I am incredibly impressed by your teams service. I had an unexpected problem with my website after doing some routine updates at 10:30pm at night. After trying to sort things out myself I emailed you guys at 12:25am. To my surprise, Chris replied and in just under an hour had managed to resolve the issue.
